Privacy Policy

How information is handled in the Vrexis Technologies website.

Who we are

Vrexis Technologies, LLC is a Texas-based website design and management business. This notice covers this website, not the separate websites we build for clients.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we send your name, email address, business or organization, requested service, and project description to EmailJS. EmailJS uses our connected Gmail service to deliver the inquiry to our Proton Mail business inbox. These providers process message data to deliver and handle your inquiry under their own privacy practices. We use it to reply and discuss the services you requested.

Information you provide

The form does not save your inquiry to a website database or browser storage. Unsent details remain in the page until you leave or reload; your browser may retain autofill information. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details. You can also contact us directly by email.

Technical information

Vrexis uses Vercel to host this website. Vercel may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the site. Technical log retention depends on the hosting configuration and provider arrangements. Contact us for questions about the current configuration. The inquiry retention period below does not describe Vercel’s technical log retention.

Analytics and advertising

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. We measure service and package clicks, the first change in an inquiry form, and inquiry delivery results using predefined service categories and package IDs. These events do not include your name, email address, business name, or message. It processes page views, referrers, approximate location, and browser and device information for aggregate reporting. Vercel uses a temporary visitor hash rather than third-party tracking cookies. We remove query strings and URL fragments from page-view URLs and do not send contact form contents as analytics events. The site does not include advertising pixels or a marketing subscription service.

Website performance and reliability

Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance using technical browser metrics. Page URLs have their query strings and fragments removed. If error reporting is enabled, Sentry receives generic error categories, known page identifiers, release information, and technical request data processed by its service. The application excludes form contents, raw error messages, stack traces, request URLs, and interaction breadcrumbs from those error events. No session replay is configured.

Email inquiries

If you email us, we receive your sender address, message, and any information you choose to include. Vrexis uses Proton Mail for business email and uses inquiries to respond, discuss projects, and provide requested services.

Inquiry retention

For inquiries that do not become client projects, we retain the correspondence for 12 months after the last contact, then delete it from the business mailbox and other inquiry records we control. Messages that become part of a client project are handled under separate project and business-record retention arrangements. Provider backups and technical logs may follow their own retention schedules.

Questions and requests

Patrick Hogan handles privacy questions and requests through contact@vrexistechnologies.com. You can ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Include enough context to identify the relevant correspondence; do not send passwords or identity documents with the initial request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting and will explain any limits on what we can provide or delete, including records we need to retain for legal obligations. Applicable rights and response requirements depend on the circumstances and law.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our services or practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
